By accessing or using MetalWeightPro at metalweightpro.com (the "Site"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site immediately.

2. Description of Service
MetalWeightPro provides free, browser-based engineering calculators for estimating the weight of metal sections, optimising bar cut lists, and computing pipe notch geometry. All calculations are performed client-side in your browser. No data is transmitted to our servers.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Site.

Results produced by MetalWeightPro are intended for estimation and planning purposes only. While we use standard engineering formulas and internationally recognised density values, actual material weights may differ due to manufacturing tolerances, alloy variations, and surface treatments.
MetalWeightPro results must not be used as the sole basis for safety-critical structural, mechanical, or civil engineering decisions. Refer to our Disclaimer for a full list of limitations.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including but not limited to calculator logic, design, layouts, text, graphics, and branding — is the property of MetalWeightPro and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of this Site without our express prior written permission.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MetalWeightPro disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site is free of errors, viruses, or other harmful components.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall MetalWeightPro, its creators, contributors, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this Site or its results — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
